Your new role
As a Junior Planner/Scheduler, you will be an integral part of the project planning team, supporting the delivery of large-scale pharmaceutical construction projects. You will work closely with senior planners, project managers, and site teams to develop, monitor, and update project schedules using
Primavera P6. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the creation and maintenance of detailed project schedules.
- Updating progress and reporting on key project milestones.
- Supporting the integration of subcontractor schedules into the master programme.
- Identifying potential delays and assisting in the development of mitigation strategies.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project timelines and deliverables
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience using Primavera P6 in a construction environment.
- Exposure to large-scale construction projects, ideally within the pharmaceutical sector.
- Strong analytical and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic team.
