Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the full sales operation across new and used vehicles
- Set and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Drive a high-performance, target-driven sales culture

- Oversee stock levels, pricing, and showroom presentation

- Report on performance and contribute to wider business strategy
