You will work closely with internal teams and external contractors to deliver maintenance excellence through a proactive and data-driven approach. In this role, you will : Develop, implement, and optimise preventive and predictive maintenance plans Manage and enhance the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Collaborate with operations, IT, and maintenance teams to improve asset reliability Analyse maintenance data to identify areas for improvement and cost efficiency Support asset management, tagging, and criticality assessments Ensure health, safety, and operational compliance at all times What Skills You Need Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or time-served technician with 5+ years experience in a maintenance engineering role Proven experience using and optimising CMMS platforms Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Knowledge of asset management principles and maintenance best practices Whats on Offer Salary : €50,000 €55,000 (DOE) Benefits : Healthcare and Pension Hybrid Work : Opportunity to work partially from home after training Career progression within a growing and sustainability-driven organisation Whats Next Apply now by clicking the Apply Now button or contactMatt Jurekonfor more information.
