Warehouse Specialist My client is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our team in a pivotal role supporting our warehouse, cryogenics, and logistics operations. This is a unique opportunity to work in a cutting-edge environment with a focus on excellence, safety, and collaboration. Your Role : Manage warehousing, cryogenics, and logistics processes, ensuring compliance with all regulations. Handle cryogenic freezing and long-term storage of biologic materials at -40C. Oversee sample shipment documentation and packaging activities. Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and process improvements. Develop and refine SOPs, CAPAs, and change controls for materials management. Support inspection readiness for regulatory audits. Safety First : Champion a safety-first mindset, reporting concerns and promoting safe practices. Operate all equipment safely and follow emergency procedures. Work with dry ice (UN1845) and liquid nitrogen (UN1977). Teamwork & Growth : Collaborate in team meetings, shift handovers, and cross-functional initiatives. Share expertise and support colleagues across maintenance, quality, and engineering. Continuously develop your skills and contribute to a culture of operational excellence. Qualifications : 3-4 years of warehouse experience, ideally in pharmaceuticals. Forklift license required; HGV license a plus. Familiarity with GMP, GDP, and SAP systems. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities.
