Community Activation Co-Ordinator

Location :  Louth, Meath, Dublin, Kildare (flexible based on service users' needs)

Hours : 40 hours per week (including some evenings / weekends, flexible scheduling)

What You'll Do :

• Empower individuals  as a keyworker, helping them identify and achieve personal goals in employment, education, and social inclusion.
• Facilitate community engagement  by supporting people to build friendships, access activities, and develop natural support networks.
• Innovate & problem-solve  by exploring assistive technology and creative solutions to enhance independence.
• Collaborate with families & local services  to create sustainable, person-cantered support plans.
• Lead by example  in promoting dignity, choice, and active citizenship for the people we support.
