Group tax manager

Hire Force is working with a leading international company who are looking for an ambitious Group Tax Manager to join their finance team.

Reporting to the Group Head of Tax, this role offers an opportunity to contribute to the companys ongoing growth.

The role is suitable to a Tax professional at the Manager level, with experience in both practice and industry.

Responsibilities : Coordinate and review of tax calculations and filings; Prepare of tax disclosures for year-end financial statements; Advise on various tax strategies including planning, budgeting, forecasting and provisions processes; Implement transfer pricing policies and documentation; Engage with third-parties including regulatory bodies, external advisors and auditors; Evaluate the impact of legislation changes to the organisation; Provide guidance on tax implications on business activities; Review and improve tax processes.

Requirements : Qualified accountant Chartered Tax Advisor 2+ years PQE in a Corporate Tax environment, Big 4, or similar.
