Role Overview

Our client seeks an experienced and motivated Engineering Manager to lead the Mechanical Design team and oversee the delivery of complex, high-value projects.

Based full-time in Cork this role will focus on driving project execution, enhancing design productivity, and ensuring that engineering outputs align with our client's reputation for excellence and reliability.

Requirements

BSc in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline

10+ years of mechanical design experience in a fast-paced, project-based engineering or manufacturing environment, with a strong focus on leadership / managerial experience
