Chef de Partie - The Hardiman, Galway

The Hardiman has stood proudly on Eyre Square since 1852 - now we're looking for a Chef de Partie to make their mark in our legendary kitchen.

If you've got a love for great food and the drive to lead your section with style - we want you on our team.

What You'll Do :

  • Running your section like a pro
  • Creating beautiful, high-quality plates
  • Using fresh, seasonal ingredients
  • Mentoring junior chefs
  • Keeping things spotless, fast, and flawless

What You Bring :

  • Experience as a Chef de Partie or similar
  • Strong cooking skills and attention to detail
  • Leadership and time management
  • A calm, team-focused approach under pressure
