Job Summary : We are looking for a detail-driven Revenue Analyst to support our Cluster Revenue Management team across a portfolio of branded hotels, including Hilton and IHGproperties. This role is ideal for someone who excels in reporting and data analysis, with a strong understanding of brand-specific systems. The analyst will focus on compiling and interpreting data, producing daily performance reports, and supporting revenue optimization strategiesnot managing them directly. Key Responsibilities : Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly revenue and performance reports (including pickup, pace, STR, and forecasting summaries). Analyze data trends and support the Cluster Revenue Manager in identifying opportunities for revenue growth. Maintain and audit rate setups, availability, and restrictions in brand systems, ensuring alignment with strategic guidelines. Work within Hilton systems (GRO, IDeaS, OnQ R&I, PEP) and IHG systems (Concerto, Merlin, N2Pricing, Hotelkey) to support tactical decisions and data integrity. Monitor key metrics including Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and market share performance. Support in creating data presentations, dashboards, and ad-hoc analysis as requested by revenue leadership. Collaborate with sales, front office, and corporate teams to ensure accurate data flow between systems. Qualifications : Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Business, Finance, or a related field preferred. At least 12 years of experience in hotel revenue, reservations, front office, or analytics-related roles. Working knowledge of Hilton (e.g., GRO, OnQ R&I, PEP) and IHG (e.g., Concerto, RMH, Merlin) systems is a plus. Strong skills in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, charts) and reporting tools. High attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately with large sets of data. Familiarity with STR reports and competitive set analysis is a plus. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently with guidance from the Cluster Revenue Manager. Preferred Skills : Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar. Understanding of rate parity and channel distribution practices.
