You will be responsible for the operational management of a number of transport departments. You will ensure the objectives of the Trust's Delivery Plan and the Division Balanced Score Card for Transport Services are successfully implemented through effective multidisciplinary working in a collective leadership model. You will provide clear leadership to all staff in the postholder's area of responsibility. He or She may also carry external contract responsibility and / or lead professional responsibility. The jobholder will also support the Assistant Director of Disability services with long term planning and service reform initiatives.
