Responsibilities

Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects from inception to completion.

Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors and labourers on site.

Ensure that construction work complies with plans, specifications, and safety regulations.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.

Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, records, and budgets.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues that arise during construction.

Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment necessary for project completion.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in site engineering within the construction industry.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.

Proficiency in using engineering and project management software.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and other technical documentation.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
