Brief Description of Role

Our client, a leading Premier Estate Agency Mortgage Advisor, is looking to recruit an ambitious and self-motivated Mortgage Advisor. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in a busy Financial Services Brokerage or Retail Banking environment.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Achieve mortgage business targets set out for the year
• Efficiently manage mortgage applications from initial point of contact through to funds issue
• Operate within agreed SLA
• Contribute to the growth and development of the mortgage advisory business and brand
• Perform role compliantly, in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Develop and expand professional network of business introducers
• Deliver workplace presentations and education seminars
• Ensure accuracy by placing emphasis on a right-first-time approach
• Prospecting at new housing development launches
