They are currently delivering a marquee commercial development in the heart of Cork City and are seeking an experienced Site Foreman with a strong background in reinforced concrete frames to join their team. The Role As Site Foreman, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of this high-profile project. You will be responsible for supervising on-site operations, ensuring quality, safety, and programme are maintained at all times. Key Responsibilities : Oversee day-to-day site activities on reinforced concrete frame works Manage and coordinate subcontractors and direct labour Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are strictly adhered to Monitor quality control and compliance with specifications Report progress to the Site Manager and Project Manager Drive programme delivery to meet key project milestones Requirements : Proven experience as a Foreman on reinforced concrete frame projects Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, sequencing, and best practice Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage subcontractors and site teams effectively Relevant trade or construction qualification desirable
