Maxi Zoo Ireland are currently recruiting for a

Part Time Sales Assistant for our Limerick store.

Responsibilities

Customer Engagement

– Provide exceptional customer service by offering knowledgeable guidance on products, and fostering positive customer interactions.

Brand Integrity

– Achieve targets keeping the pets needs at the forefront of everything we do, ensuring that the animals entrusted to us are well cared for at all times.

Merchandise and Inventory

– Create an enticing shopping experience for all pet parents with impeccably stocked shelves with full product availability on the shelves.

Personal Development

– Proactively engage in personal and professional development in consultation with the store manager.

What you will bring

Flexibility to work across the week and need to be available to work mornings, evenings, weekends and national public holidays

Strong communication skills and open behaviour towards customers

Friendly and personable demeanour

Joy and fun in selling

Passion for animals

Previous experience in similar environment is desirable

What you will do

Brand and Sales

– Maintain brand integrity and achieve targets while prioritising the needs of pets and their guardians.

Merchandise and Inventory

– Ensure shelves are well stocked and products are available for customers.

Personal Development

– Engage in personal and professional development in coordination with the store manager.
