Sales Supervisor - Arnotts Location

We are currently seeking a highly organised, pro-active and driven supervisor to join the team at our Arnotts Department Store.

What to expect from this role

Influence sales and excelling in customer service and sharing their knowledge of each product by answering customer queries

Become a product knowledge expert having up to date knowledge of our pieces and a good awareness of competitor brands

Achieve team and personal sales targets by using sales skills including up -selling, ATV, UPT.

Have an interest / experience in social media including Instagram and TikTok as there is potential to include these activities in daily tasks for the right candidate

Effective communicator and team player

Required to coach, support and train new members of the team

Merchandising the counter to maintain high shop floor standards and take pride in the Lynott Jewellery counter

Enjoy a fast paced retail environment

Flexible to changing business needs specifically around busy periods including Christmas

Previous experience and passion for jewellery, accessories or retail required

Previous experience in online e-commerce fulfilment desired but not essential

An ideal candidate will have :

Strong selling skills and experience in a sales role driving sales desired but not essential

Excellent communication skills

Social media skills

Ability to work well under pressure

Flexible to business changing needs

Can do positive attitude

Attention to detail

Customer service focus
