Finance Business Partner

Our client, a leading global provider of mobility solutions, best known for its vehicle rental services, are looking for a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join their fleet operations team. With offices in North Dublin, they are operating with a hybrid working model and offering a competitive salary, bonus and pension. This is a high-impact role in a fast-paced environment where finance truly drives the business. You'll work with senior leaders and influence key decisions. Key Responsibilities : Partner with leadership to deliver commercial targets and strategic goals. Drive financial performance through insightful analysis, variance tracking, and action planning. Lead the monthly reporting process (P&L, Balance Sheet, Forecasting, KPIs). Support procurement in OEM negotiations and cost optimisation strategies. Oversee planning and ensure alignment with business and financing strategies. Deliver treasury operations, including cash flow forecasting, financing, and bank relationship management. Ensure financial controls, risk management, and compliance across fleet activities. Minimum Requirements : A strong background in financial planning, analysis, and reporting. Experience in fleet management, asset-heavy industries, or treasury operations is a plus. A proactive mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence decision-makers.
