The role :

This is a busy and rewarding role where you’ll manage a steady stream of mortgage referrals, guide customers through their journey from start to finish, and ensure they’re receiving the best service and advice possible.

You’ll work independently, manage your own pipeline, and support clients throughout the full mortgage process — from enquiry through to completion.

• Manage mortgage enquiries from first contact to drawdown
• Provide clear advice on products available in the market
• Guide customers through document submission via the company’s digital portal
• Follow up with clients to ensure outstanding items are addressed
• Maintain a high standard of service and compliance throughout the journey
• Meet weekly activity and performance targets
