Analytical Laboratory Supervisor - Biologics (GMP) About the Role Excellent opportunity for an experienced Analytical Scientist ready to take the next step into leadership. This is an excellent entry-level people management opportunity with a leading Biologics company committed to quality, science, and innovation. As Analytical Laboratory Supervisor, you will support and lead a small team of QC analysts, ensuring all analytical testing activities are delivered to the highest scientific and compliance standards within a GMP-regulated environment. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily analytical testing activities to ensure GMP compliance. Coach, mentor, and train analysts on analytical methods and technologies. Review analytical data for accuracy, completeness, and integrity. Support method transfers, assay validations, and technical troubleshooting. Manage laboratory scheduling and resource allocation to maintain efficiency. Assist with investigations, deviations, and CAPAs. Maintain laboratory equipment, supplies, and instrumentation. Prepare and update SOPs and related documentation. Participate in regulatory and client audits. Requirements BSc or higher in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field. Minimum 3 years' experience in a GMP-regulated analytical environment (Pharma, Biologics, or Med Device). Strong hands-on experience with HPLC, and biopharma analytical techniques Demonstrated experience in training, mentoring, or coaching others.
