Director of Nursing

We are now recruiting an experienced Director of Nursing for our Knockrobinhill Nursing Home in Wicklow.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Director of Nursing to be person in charge in our 99 Bed Care Home on the outskirts of Wicklow. This role would suit a candidate that wishes to join a Group whose focus is Quality of Care, Quality of life. The successful candidate will be fully supported by our Assistant Director of Nursing, Clinical Nurse Managers, Department Heads, and Head Office team - working together to deliver Curam's vision of providing the highest quality of care and quality of life for our residents through a modern, person-centred approach.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years Director of Nursing / Person in Charge experience.
• Currently registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
• Demonstrable experience of strategic and clinical leadership adhering to HIQA standards, procedures and guidelines.
• Strong financial, budgetary and administrative knowledge.
• Demonstrable people management and leadership skills is essential.
• Post registration management qualification in health or a related field is required.
