Job description€17.00 per hour Double pay on Sundays Free training (CPI / Studio3 / SAMs / Patient Moving and Handling) Ongoing professional development Flexible working hours and shift patterns Supportive work environment with an employee assistance program Career progression opportunities Provide a safe, supportive environment for clients Offer companionship, assist with daily living tasks, and support community integration Help clients achieve independence and personal goals Build trusting relationships through emotional support Experience in Social Care, mental health support, intellectual disabilities, or complex needs A passion for promoting independence and dignity Strong communication and interpersonal skills Availability for night and weekend shifts A full driving license is essential CORU-registered or currently in the process of registering
