We’re looking for a  Business Systems Analyst  to join our team in Dublin! If you're skilled in Salesforce and love aligning business needs with smart technical solutions, this could be a great fit for you.

What you’ll do :

�� Partner with teams across Sales, Marketing, and more to improve business processes via Salesforce

�� Translate business needs into clear user stories and technical specs

�� Customize and configure Salesforce (objects, fields, dashboards, validation rules, etc.)

�� Provide user support, troubleshoot issues, and create training materials

�� Maintain data quality and ensure smooth integrations with other systems

�� Keep up with Salesforce best practices and recommend improvements

�� Act as the bridge between business teams and IT

What we’re looking for :

✅ Salesforce Administrator Certification

✅ Experience as a Business Systems Analyst (or similar role)

✅ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

✅ Excellent communication and documentation abilities

✅ Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies

✅ Comfortable working independently and in cross-functional teams
