We are seeking a talented individual to join our Rewards Consulting team at Mercer Ireland and this role can be based in Dublin or Cork.

As a Rewards Consultant in our Career practice, you will partner with client Compensation & Benefits and HR teams, top-level executives, and board members to better manage, reward, and engage their people. Mercer stays ahead of the competition by providing best-in-class information, innovative solutions and consulting based on global best practice. We are particularly well positioned to assist clients with their preparations for EU Pay Transparency, with expertise in pay equity, benchmarking, job evaluation and levelling, job architecture, and change management & communications.
Mercer Ireland wishes to hire a consultant with expertise in rewards consulting, with knowledge of (or willingness to acquire knowledge quickly of) job evaluation, job architecture and pay equity assessment. You will be given considerable support by our expert practitioners across Mercer Europe, including our regional consulting centre of excellence : the focus of the role will be more on relationship management and business development than on implementation.
