Retail Assistant

Retail Assistant,you will be the face of the store, ensuring every customer receives a friendly, helpful, and efficient service. You will support daily store operations, maintain visual merchandising standards, and help drive sales through excellent product knowledge and customer service. Key Responsibilities : Greet and assist customers in a warm, professional manner Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately Restock shelves and maintain clean, organised displays Taking customer orders via phone & email Picking & packing items to fulfil orders.
