As Store Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a large, diverse team and ensuring the store operates at the highest standards. You'll create an engaging environment where colleagues feel motivated, supported, and empowered to succeed. This role demands a leader who can balance people, performance, and profit, bringing a strong commercial mindset alongside a genuine commitment to customer care. Key responsibilities : Leading, coaching, and developing your team to achieve and exceed sales, service, and operational targets. Driving commercial success by analysing store performance, identifying opportunities, and implementing strategies to maximise revenue. Championing outstanding customer service, ensuring every customer enjoys a positive, personalised experience. Maintaining high operational standards, from visual merchandising and stock management to compliance and health & safety. Acting as a brand ambassador, ensuring the flagship store reflects the company's values and delivers best-in-class retail experiences. About you : We're open to candidates from any retail sector, but you'll need to demonstrate : 3+ years of store management experience Exceptional people leadership skills - you inspire, engage, and bring out the best in your teams. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to make sound business decisions. A passion for customer service and the drive to consistently exceed expectations. Resilience, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
