If you are customer-obsessed, high energy and love learning every day, you could earn €450+ per week on our standard 30 hour contract as a Customer Assistant.
You'll work across different shift times, on varied tasks and with different colleagues.
You must be 18 or over to work in our store as this role requires selling alcohol.
Shift Patterns
Morning shift : Starting at 5am or 6am with your team, you'll stock our award-winning products on the shop floor and prepare our bakery products for opening time.
Middle shift : Starting mid-morning or early afternoon, you'll ensure stores are clean and well presented, keep products fresh, help customers on the shop floor and on tills to minimise queues.
Late shift : From the afternoon start, you'll provide excellent customer service on tills, restock missing items and ready the store for the next day.
What you'll do
Interact with customers in a pleasant, friendly and helpful manner.
Ensure stock loss controls are followed in all areas of the store.
Maintain store and external cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Follow freshness and rotation principles.
Ensure all waste is managed correctly.
Assist in the stock count process.
What you'll need
A can-do attitude and excellent customer service skills.
The willingness to go the extra mile for our customers.
Be responsible and reliable.
Enjoy working in a fast-paced, varied environment.
A good team player.
Preferably, previous experience in a customer facing role but not essential if you have the right attitude.

€15.10 rising to €17.40 per hour after 3 years (supplementary pay outlined below).
Unsocial hours worked (12am to 7am).
