We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to help us build software development tools for quantum computing.
You will develop and execute on the strategy and roadmap for our product, and work closely with our science, engineering and design teams to ensure the successful implementation of our software development teams and future products.
You should have excellent product sense, design thinking, strategic problem solving, and communication skills.
Quantum Computing experience is not necessary.
The successful candidate will join a fast-growing team covering product and engineering for compiler backend and web IDE, and will help to shape the future direction of the company and its products.
Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and execute on product strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market strategies, in collaboration with the leadership of our science, engineering, design, partnership and marketing teams Develop our cloud infrastructure and operating system line of products Break down complex problems into steps for product development Guide the product development stages from conception to launch Uncover customer needs and translate them into product requirements and user stories Interface with customers, users, and partners to uncover pain points and opportunities for new product features and refinements Manage full life cycle for our developer tools products, and drive action throughout the team to get products to market Prioritize product features and keep product development on track Develop product marketing strategy in collaboration with the marketing and communications team Act as an evangelist for company products
Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, a related field, or an equivalent practical experience 5+ years' experience in product management or an equivalent experience 2+ years' experience in building and shipping technical products Experience in delivering product and engineering results of varied complexity and scale, and a demonstrated track record of implementation Experience in managing technical and design direction Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority Excellent written and verbal communication, collaboration, and organization skills

Experience developing or launching software developer tools
