Multi Drop Hgv C Driver

Multi Drop HGV C Driver Labour Force are currently recruiting for an experienced multi drop C licence drivers for a full time, permanent position, for our client based in Blanchardstown who is a leading supplier of ingredients to the bakery trade in Ireland.

Successful Rigid Truck Driver will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of goods and other articles of trade to bakeries mainly in Dublin and surrounding areas (8-14 drops on average).

Key Responsibilities : Complete multi-drop deliveries of chilled and ambient goods.

Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.

Accurately document deliveries and maintain records.

Refuel and ensure the vehicle is cleaned weekly.

Report any road incidents promptly to the dispatcher.

Comply with all traffic laws and safety regulations.

Conduct vehicle inspections and log issues using the company app.

Follow proper procedures in the event of an accident.

Maintain a detailed log of activities and driving hours.

Report mechanical issues to the maintenance team.

Plan delivery routes using GPS and navigation tools.

Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to clients.

Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with customers.

Keep commercial driving license valid and up to date.

Key Requirements : Valid, clean C driving licence CPC modules up to date Tacho Card Previous experience in similar role Good level of English Manual Handling Hours of Work : Monday - Friday 4am start 40h per week + overtime available Benefits : €35.000 per annum (€16.83 p / h) €15.41 daily tax free subsistance 20 days holiday Company pension Skills : Communication Time Management Team Work
