Assistant Manager

An exciting opportunity for an Assistant Store Manager has come up in our Carrick On Shannon store. We are looking for a passionate fashion retail manager who is used to working in a fast-paced environment. The ability to delegate effectively, manage a team, and work well under pressure is essential. Please see below for more details

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily operations of a fast paced retail store.
• Responsible for looking after your own team, training needs, monitoring their performance, processing deliveries, placement of stock.
• Recruiting and developing the management and sales team.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensuring effective cost reduction and profit protection procedures are in place.
• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Report to Area Manager daily
• Drive sales and maximise profit by analysing sales reports and targets
• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
• Manage daily store operations by delegating efficiently and working with deployment plans
• Promote and maintain a high level of customer service at all times
