Responsibilities : Oversee daily operations of the function bars, ensuring smooth service and compliance with policies. Lead, train, and motivate bar staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Collaborate with the Head Chef to create and maintain bar menus. Develop promotional strategies to attract customers and boost revenue. Manage inventory, stock control, and cost optimization. Stay updated on industry and cocktail trends, integrating them into offerings. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and licensing regulations. Establish and maintain efficient bar operating procedures. Address guest inquiries and complaints professionally. Conduct meetings and training to enhance team skills and service quality. Track sales performance, analyze data, and report to management. Collaborate with leadership to support broader business goals. Qualifications : Proven managerial experience in a high-volume or luxury bar setting. Strong knowledge of mixology and current beverage trends. Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in stock control, cost management, and operations. Knowledge of health, safety, and licensing laws. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
