What You'll Do

The Business Development Executive role is a field-based opportunity to join a dynamic team selling Sky Business products to the hospitality sector (pubs, bars, restaurants, etc.) across North East Ireland. You will be responsible for managing your territory to deliver new business acquisition and minimise churn. This role requires a self-motivated and ambitious individual with a proven track record in sales.

• Drive new business acquisition : Achieve monthly sales targets within your assigned territory, focusing on acquiring new customers in the hospitality sector.
• Manage and retain existing accounts : Minimise customer churn by building strong relationships and proactively addressing customer needs.
• Develop and execute territory plans : Identify and target potential customers through strategic territory planning and relationship building with key decision-makers.
• Maximise revenue : Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to increase revenue generation.
• Utilise Salesforce CRM : Effectively manage sales pipeline, track progress, and generate reports using Salesforce CRM.
• Collaborate effectively : Work seamlessly with internal teams, including the contact center and compliance teams, to ensure excellent customer service and efficient lead follow-up.

The role will be field based, and you will be supplied with a company vehicle.

This position is covering North East Ireland where you are required to be based, selling Sky products into the hospitality sector across this territory.
