Senior Engineer, R&D Packaging

Position Summary

Stryker Neurovascular focuses on saving lives : Treating and preventing strokes is our focus.

From the moment a product is manufactured to its use in the Angio suite, the packaging and labeling make a difference in so many ways.

The Senior Engineer, R&D Packaging will be a member on new product development project teams with responsibilities for design and development of packaging components and artwork design, design verification, shelf life testing and label design.

What you will do :

Design and develop best in class packaging and labeling solutions from early concept through commercialization for sterile and non-sterile medical devices

Engage in various projects and collaborate with a dynamic team.

Contribute innovative ideas and assist in driving our initiatives forward.

Stay informed about industry trends to ensure our competitive edge.

Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of all tasks.

What you will need :

B.S. degree in Packaging, Industrial, Mechanical engineering or applicable technical field.

2+ years of experience in medical device industry preferred.

Demonstrated experience in medical device, biotech or pharmaceutical packaging design development.

A positive attitude and a proactive approach.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively and collaboratively with others.

Strong problem-solving abilities and creative thinking.

Relevant experience or a strong willingness to learn.

This role will be posted for a minimum of 3 days.
