EHS Advisor I am recruiting for an experienced EHS Advisor to support project teams and promote a strong safety culture. This role involves implementing EHS systems, ensuring compliance and driving continuous improvement across multiple projects. This role is based in Limerick and involves frequent travel and occasional overnight stays are required. Responsibilities : Provide EHS guidance to management, supervisors, worker, and subcontractors. Lead audits, inspections, risk assessments and incident investigations. Deliver inductions, toolbox talks, and EHS training. Maintain site-specific EHS plans, RAMS and documentation. Monitor compliance, report on KPIs and drive improvements. Requirements : 3+ years EHS experience in construction, M&E, or similar industry. Diploma in Occupational H&S + Certificate in Environmental Management. ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 auditing experience. Strong knowledge of construction regulations, CDM and subcontractor management. Excellent communication and reporting skills. IOSH membership (or equivalent).
