Job description

Join CWS , a leading Cleanroom & Facilities Services company with 20+ years in the Life Sciences sector. We're looking for a motivated HR Generalist to help shape our people strategy and make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily HR queries & admin (contracts, absences, Workday updates).
  • Support training, performance management & employee engagement.
  • Lead employee relations, investigations & compliance with Irish employment law.
  • Drive HR reporting & contribute to policy development.
  • Support managers with disciplinary, grievance & performance procedures.
  • Promote employee engagement & wellbeing initiatives.

Skills & Experience

  • Degree in HRM or CIPD qualification (HETAC Level 8 or equivalent).
  • 3+ years solid HR experience (esp. absenteeism & disciplinary management).
  • Strong knowledge of Irish employment law & HR best practices.
  • Experience with Workday and / or TMS systems preferred.
  • Advantage : background in contract cleaning or service sector.

  • Full-time, office-based role in Galway .
  • Occasional travel to other sites.
