As the Quality Director for our Dublin facility and member of the Site Leadership Team, you are pivotal in championing revolutionary changes and driving efficiencies. Your Role : A Catalyst for Excellence in Quality

Your mandate will be to oversee all aspects of GMP Quality at a manufacturing site, steered by a relentless pursuit of excellence and continuous improvement in quality operations. You will :

• Lead the charge in fostering & improving an organizational ethos where quality permeates every facet, by leading our Quality Support, Qualification & Validation, Operational Quality, and Quality Control departments.
• Ensure GMP compliance across all production processes.
• Establish and maintain quality systems aligned with LEO Pharma Global Standards and international GMP regulations.
• Quality oversight of manufacturing operations for GMP compliance, acting as the main contact for quality and compliance issues.
• Develop, manage, maintain & improve procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
