Senior it systems engineer

New Role : IT Systems Support Engineer, permanent role in Midlands (hybrid working - 50% remote and 50% visiting client sites around Athlone, Mullingar, Galway).

We also have another role for a Senior Windows Server Infrastructure Engineer in Co.

Limerick / Co.

Tipperary. Permanent role, laptop, mobile phone are provided.

Driving license and access to own vehicle would be needed! We are looking for an experienced Helpdesk / IT Support Engineer to make sure that relevant support is given to the clients and projects delivered in timely manner.

You will be looking after technical infrastructure of all clients' hardware, including servers, computers, laptops, maintaining MS 365, Virtual environments, switches, routers, firewalls and mobile devices.

Skills :

• 3rd level Education or an equivalent - in IT / Computer Science
• Some experience within IT sector in similar infrastructure related customer orientated roles
• Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy
• Experience with MS office365
• Experience / Knowledge of firewalls, routers, switches and remote access servers
• A full driving license
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a team and on own initiative
• Excellent communication skills
