Job description

Title : General Cleaning Operative - Evening Shift (Permanent Position)

Reports to : Area Manager

Location : Horizon Logistics Park, Dublin

Rate : €14.20 per hour

Start date : September 2025

Hours : 26.45 per week

Monday : 3 : 30pm - 9 : 15pm
Tuesday to Friday : 3 : 30 pm - 8 : 45pm

Contract type : Permanent

Key Responsibilities

Carry out daily cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and wiping surfaces.

Ensure all work areas, including restrooms, are maintained to high hygiene standards.

Handle cleaning equipment safely and report any maintenance issues.

Manage waste disposal and replenish supplies where required.

Comply with company Health & Safety procedures at all times.

Undertake any other cleaning tasks as directed by the Area Manager.

Requirements

Previous cleaning experience desirable, but full training will be provided.

Good standard of English (spoken and written).

Eligibility to work in Ireland is essential.

Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.

Flexibility to work evenings Monday-Friday.

Successful candidates will be required to complete site security clearance procedures prior to starting.
