Responsibilities (Text Only) Customer Engagement Maintain strong customer relationships and advocate for customers within the organization / Microsoft. Surface customer organization structure to identify decision makers, leveraging partners and v-teams. Ensure continuity of customer accounts and monitor customer satisfaction metrics by proactively establishing conditions of satisfaction at the outset of engagement and managing escalation processes. Account Management Listen and learn about the customer's priorities and challenges, and consult on how Microsoft's solutions can address those challenges. Think strategically about sales territory for accounts, setting standards and priorities, outlining how to leverage specialized and technical resources, and engaging internal and external decision makers on long-term business planning. Assist existing and new customers in adopting cloud solutions through cohesive planning across adds, consumption, upsell, co-sell motions, and renewals to maximize customer business outcomes and experience. Understand and accelerate the customer's cloud strategy. Maintain Product, Solution, and Industry Expertise Proactively build and maintain strong knowledge of Microsoft's product landscape, solutions, and industry strategy in assigned accounts, as well as understanding of customers' business strategies and industry trends. Orchestration Coordinate specialized resources to engage with customers, providing solutions-based and technology-based engagement to address their challenges and opportunities. Leverage additional resources such as partners to deliver the right solutions for the customer's transformation journey. Qualifications (Text Only) Fluency in German is required. Demonstrated sales and negotiation experience with year-over-year growth, OR a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing (or related field) with relevant experience, OR a Master's Degree with relevant experience, OR equivalent experience. Additional or Preferred Qualifications & Skills :

Strategic thinking and execution capabilities. Purposeful planning and execution skills to deliver business impact. Disciplined in pipeline management, forecasting, and achieving territory and budget goals. Microsoft is an equal opportunity employer.
