Job Title : Project Manager

Business Unit : Managed Services Business Unit

Report to : Head of Delivery Management

Location : Remote with on-site attendance (Ergo or customer) as required

Overview of Role

An Ergo Project Manager oversees schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables for a set of Ergo customer and / or internal projects. They monitor the project teams to make sure goals and objectives are being kept. They have a knowledge of larger landscape without neglecting granular details while tracking project health, staying alert for risk, and resolving issues as they arise. They maintain standards and monitor scope with project quality.

This role is office (or work-from-home as required) based and will work with SBU and Delivery Management to develop, execute and streamline new or existing processes that underpin this principle.

What you can expect to be doing

Managing several Microsoft stack-based projects in parallel
Creating and managing project plans
Maintaining project objectives
Monitoring production and quality to customer / stakeholder / sponsor standards
Identifying and resolving issues and risks
Reporting on project progress, offers viable solutions and opportunities as they arise
Implementing change practices
Managing resources to make sure schedule is on track
Leading customer and internal meetings and setting expectations for project team
Maintaining budget
Reporting on projects

About You

You are a skilled communicator - you proactively and positively communicate with your peers and

customers to support and inform

You have excellent attention to detail

You have strong experience in building and nurturing relationships with multiple stakeholders and

customers

You flourish working in a constantly changing, but always- exciting environment

You are calm & poised under pressure

Essential Skills

7 or more years' experience in a similar role

PMP (or equivalent) certification required

You have a solid understanding of the Microsoft stack
