Commercial Manager (Quantity Surveyor)

Job Title – Commercial Manager / Senior QS

Location : Limerick / Midlands

Salary : €100K – €120K DOE

Hours : Full time 5 days

Opportunity has now arisen for a Senior QS / Commercial Manager to work with an established Civils Contractor based in Limerick.

Our client is expanding and requires a Commercial Manager to join the management team to assist in expanding the business further.

This role offers the potential to progress to Commercial Director level.

This position can also be based out of the Midlands with an office in Athlone.

Requirements :

• Qualification / degree in Quantity Surveying, or equivalent
• Previous experience in Main Contracting in Ireland
• Familiarity with contracts and knowledge of current Construction Law
• Extensive experience in commercial management and procurement
• 10+ years of experience for this permanent full-time role.
