Location : Unit A1 / 3 The Castle Centre, Antrim Co., Antrim BT41 4DN Hours per Week : 39 hours Shift pattern : Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, we can discuss this further at interview. Salary : Up to £30,500 per annum The Role As an Assistant Store Manager, youll work alongside the Store Manager to : Recruit, inspire & motivate a passionate team to exceed targets. Drive sales through promotions, excellent merchandising, and stock control. Create a fun, engaging environment for both customers and colleagues. Ensure operational excellence, including audits, budgets, and stock management. What youll need to succeed Retail leadership experience Passion for customer service & sales. Strong decision-making & problem-solving skills. A results-driven mindset with a love for hitting targets.
