Role and Responsibilities : Lead and manage the spa team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Deliver revenue and profitability targets. Take ownership of enhancing guest experience and inspire the team to deliver the same. Ensure training compliance with the team. Maintain a clean and safe working environment. Recruit, train, and develop spa staff, ensuring compliance with both offline and online training requirements. About The Role Candidate Requirements : Proven experience in a management role within a luxury spa environment. Strong leadership and customer service skills, with the ability to motivate a team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Excellent organisational and financial management abilities, including scheduling, budgeting, and driving revenue.
