We are now seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Educator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities Create a safe, inclusive, happy, and developmentally appropriate environment that supports the wellbeing of all children.

Plan and deliver engaging, child-centred activities and learning experiences in line with the Aistear and Solta frameworks.

Observe, record, and reflect on each childs developmental progress.

Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents / guardians, and colleagues.

Communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing.

Follow all relevant policies and procedures.

Work collaboratively as part of a committed and supportive team.

Requirements Minimum of FETAC / QQI Level 5 in Childcare (or equivalent) essential.

Strong knowledge of Aistear and Solta frameworks.

Excellent communication skills, with fluent English.

Previous experience in a childcare setting (1 year preferred).
