Signatus Recruitment is representing a top-tier Dublin-based law firm renowned for its market-leading Capital Markets – Debt group.

This firm's debt capital markets team is one of the largest in Ireland, led by several highly experienced partners and recognised for its work on complex international mandates.

They are now seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Debt Capital Markets Lawyer with a minimum of 4+ years' PQE to join their collaborative team and contribute to their continued success.

What you need to be successful

The ideal candidate will be a qualified debt capital markets lawyer with at least 4 years' PQE, gained either in a corporate law firm or in-house company, with proven experience working on debt capital markets transactions.

You will have strong technical skills in areas such as :

Loan portfolio disposals

Securitisations (including residential mortgage-backed, non-performing loan, and synthetic securitisations)

CLOs, Eurobond issuances, and structured debt

Green bond and high-yield debt issuances

Regulatory capital issuances and financial market infrastructure

Familiarity with regulations like the Securitisation Regulation, Market Abuse Regulation, Transparency Directive, and Prospectus Regulation will be highly advantageous.

You should have excellent academic credentials, strong analytical and drafting skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage competing demands and deadlines while working both independently and within a team.
