Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities :

Servicing and Maintenance :

• Perform routine servicing and maintenance of heat pumps and gas boilers, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
• Diagnose and repair faults in heating systems promptly and professionally.

Customer Interaction :

• Communicate effectively with clients to explain the work being carried out and provide advice on system maintenance and upgrades.
• Maintain a professional and approachable demeanour to build trust and ensure customer satisfaction.

Compliance and Safety :

• Ensure all work complies with industry regulations, including gas safety standards.
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and company policies on-site and during service visits.

Documentation :

• Accurately complete all required updates, including service reports and timesheets.
• Provide detailed feedback on system conditions and escalate complex issues where necessary.

Technical Expertise :

• Stay updated on the latest developments in heat pump and gas boiler technology.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
