SHEQ Technical Writer- Tendering team

We are seeking a motivated professional with a background in Safety, Health, Environment, Quality (SHEQ) and Sustainability to join our Tendering Team. This role will form part of the Technical Writing function, ensuring that SHEQ and sustainability issues are effectively addressed during tender preparation and clearly communicated within tender submissions. Key Responsibilities Contribute to the development of high-quality tender submissions, focusing on SHEQ and sustainability requirements. Translate complex SHEQ and sustainability standards into clear, persuasive content that demonstrates compliance and best practice. Work closely with the Tendering Team, SHEQ professionals, and subject matter experts to capture accurate, project-specific information. Prepare written responses, reports, and supporting documentation to effectively communicate the organisations SHEQ and sustainability approach. Maintain consistency, accuracy, and quality across all SHEQ-related tender documentation. Assist in building a library of standardised responses and supporting evidence for use in future submissions. Stay informed of legislative, industry, and client updates relevant to SHEQ and sustainability to ensure tender responses reflect current requirements. Requirements Strong background in SHEQ and / or sustainability, ideally gained in construction, engineering, or infrastructure sectors. Excellent written and spoken English, with proven ability in report writing and technical communication. Attention to detail, with the ability to present technical information in a clear and professional manner. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Comfortable working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. Desirable Previous experience contributing to tendering, bids, or PQQ submissions. Familiarity with ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.). Skills : technical writting SHEQ tenders
