Responsibilities

Subject Matter Expert for OEM automation on behalf of Client

Overall Technical lead for Syringe Filling OEM automation

Work closely with the filling equipment OEM supplier and system integrator and / or internal team in scope and standard of Automation deliverables

Integrate the filling machines onto the PCS and MES at Site

Understand how the filling equipment operates and ensure that all functions are present

Prepare and communciate Client requirements

Review and approve Design deliverables (FS, DS, Drawings, Etc)

Ensure high standard of configuration and coding

Plan, attend and supervise FAT / SATs

Work closely with Process owners, OEM team, design team and all stakeholders in delivery of project

Qualifications

Knowledge of networking and thin client technology

OEM Filling Machine or similiar equipment experience; Optima; SKAN isolators

Machine safety directive expertise and experience on safety PLC systems

Pharmaceutical experience Drug Production Fill Finish

Proven Leadership ability

Excellent interpersonnel and communication skills

Reference Project experience
