Responsibilities : Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, psychological, and social needs.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Provide therapeutic interventions to enhance functional abilities.

Educate patients and families on treatment plans and strategies.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Participate in case conferences and team meetings.

Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standard Requirements : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.

CORU registration Experience in a hospital setting preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Full driving license and access to own car is desirable.

Resident in Ireland and legal right to work in Ireland without restriction.

All candidates will be required to undergo Garda Vetting.

International Police Clearance (if lived outside of Ireland for more than 6 moths after the age of 16).
