Front Office Manager
based in Trim.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional to join a luxury hotel and take the lead in delivering exceptional guest service while managing and motivating the front office team.
The Front Office Manager will oversee the daily operations of the reception and reservations departments, ensuring the highest levels of customer service are consistently delivered.
This role requires a strong leader with excellent organisational skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage both guest experience and team performance.
Key Duties :
Manage the day-to-day operations of the front office, reception, and reservations teams.
Ensure all guests receive a warm welcome and a seamless service throughout their stay.
Lead, train, and motivate the front office team to achieve service excellence.
Oversee reservations, room allocations, and ensure revenue management practices are followed.
Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Maintain effective communication between departments to enhance the guest experience.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health & safety, and operational standards.
Prepare reports on occupancy, performance, and guest feedback for senior management.
Requirements :
Previous experience as a Front Office Manager or in a supervisory role within a 4
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in hotel management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.

Salary & Benefits :
€40,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience).
