We are currently recruiting for a Machine Mechanic to join our team at our Tallaght site in Dublin 24. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance of all commercial laundry equipment.

Key Duties

Carry out preventative maintenance on all equipment to ensure it is kept to a high standard, while also providing reactive maintenance as required.

Work closely with production management to prioritise and complete maintenance tasks efficiently.

Resolve breakdowns quickly and effectively to minimise downtime.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance documentation and records.

Identify, source, and replenish spare parts as needed.

Ensure the smooth and efficient mechanical and electrical operation of the production facility.

Areas of Experience

Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.

Strong mechanical aptitude.

Excellent PLC skills, including fault finding and program adjustments.

Experience in troubleshooting electrical reactive works, including instrumentation, pneumatics, and hydraulics.

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

Multi-skilled technician.

Trades diploma / qualification.

Computer literate.

This is a full-time role, and flexibility may be required.
