Sous Chef

What we are looking for from you :

• To support the Head Chef in producing restaurant and hospitality meals across a large manufacturing site.
• Along with the Executive Chef, be fully responsible for all aspects of the Production Kitchen, encompassing food production for restaurants, hospitality and deli bars.
• Be a champion of our food offering on campus
• Assist with coordinating daily kitchen operations, ensuring all production timelines are adhered to.
• Ensuring that our teams strive to improve the quality of meals served to all customers.
• Responding efficiently and accurately to customer feedback regarding products & services and implementing prompt corrective actions where required.
• Supporting SOP implementation and ensuring it is in place for all aspects of service
• Monitoring compliance as per the Company's food safety policies and procedures and legislative requirements
• Assisting the Head Chef in training employees on SOP and best practices in customer service.
